Access and support enquiries should stay high-level. Please do not send detailed child records, passwords or payment details through first contact messages.
When you request access or contact support, MathsPilot may use the details you provide to reply, understand the setup needed and keep a record of the enquiry.
Learners, parents, teachers and schools use account details to reach the right workspace. Account information is handled to maintain access, support and security.
